1. Acceptance of Terms

Do not attempt to scam vendors or misuse return/refund processes.

For Vendors:
List only genuine, legal, and accurately described products.
Ensure products are delivered promptly and in good condition.
Avoid listing counterfeit, restricted, or prohibited items.

5. Product Listings and Pricing
All products listed on Prefamart must be clearly described with accurate pricing. Prefamart is not responsible for typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or vendor misrepresentations.

6. Orders and Payments
All payments must be made through Prefamart’s secure payment gateways. Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.
Prefamart reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics. Buyers are responsible for providing correct delivery information.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring safe packaging and timely dispatch.

8. Returns and Refunds
Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged.
Digital products are not refundable once delivered/downloaded, except in cases of technical issues.
Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by Prefamart.

9. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
Use Prefamart for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.
Interfere with the platform’s operations or security.
Upload malicious content, viruses, or attempt unauthorized access.
Violate the rights of others (including copyright or trademark).

10. Intellectual Property
All content on Prefamart (logos, text, graphics, icons, images) is the property of Prefamart or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
Prefamart is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from: Use of or inability to use the platform.
Actions of vendors or buyers. Loss of data or profits.

12. Termination
Prefamart may suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of Prefamart after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
